Privacy Policy

Updated on August 26, 2025.

1. Who is responsible for your data (Data Controller)

This website, https://dramaties.com/ (“Dramaties”, “we”, “our”), is owned and operated by:

Minuto Vip OÜ Registry code: 16698741 Registered address: [FULL ADDRESS, ESTONIA] Contact e-mail: [[email protected]] Contact page: https://dramaties.com/contact

Minuto Vip OÜ acts as the data controller for the personal data described in this policy, meaning it decides why and how that data is processed. For visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, references to “personal data” and to your rights follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

If you have any question about this policy or wish to exercise your rights, contact us at the address above.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies only to the website https://dramaties.com/ and the pages published under that domain.

Dramaties is an editorial content website. We publish articles, reviews, guides and recommendations about entertainment, streaming and mobile applications. Our pages are freely accessible: we do not operate user accounts, subscriber-only areas, paid memberships, or any feature that requires you to register.

This policy does not cover third-party websites, app stores or platforms you may reach through links or advertisements displayed on our pages. Once you leave dramaties.com, the privacy policy of the destination website applies.

3. What data we collect

3.1 Data collected automatically when you browse

When you access dramaties.com, certain technical data is collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure and by the analytics and advertising services described in section 4. This may include:

  • IP address (in some cases truncated or anonymised by the service provider);
  • browser type, version and language settings;
  • operating system and device type (desktop, mobile, tablet);
  • approximate location inferred from the IP address, usually at country or city level;
  • date, time and duration of your visit;
  • pages viewed, scroll and click activity, and the order in which pages were visited;
  • the referring source that brought you to the site (search engine, advertisement, social network or direct access);
  • online identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies.

This data is used to keep the website available and secure, to understand which content performs well, and — where you have consented — to measure and personalise advertising.

3.2 Data you send us voluntarily

We only receive personal data directly from you if you choose to send it. That happens when you:

  • write to us through our contact page or by e-mail. In that case we receive the e-mail address you write from, the name you provide, and the content of your message;
  • [IF APPLICABLE — leave in only if the feature exists] subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, in which case we collect your e-mail address and the date and source of your subscription.

We use this data solely to reply to you and to keep a record of the exchange.

3.3 What we do not collect

To avoid any doubt, Dramaties does not:

  • create or maintain user accounts or login credentials;
  • request or store telephone numbers;
  • send SMS or text-message notifications of any kind;
  • request precise (GPS-level) location data;
  • request identity documents, payment details or financial information;
  • collect special categories of personal data (health, religion, political opinions, biometric data, etc.).

4. Cookies and third-party services

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website or by a third-party service embedded in it. Similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage, SDKs) work in a comparable way. Dramaties uses the following categories:

4.1 Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the website to load, to keep it stable, to balance server load and to protect it against abuse and automated attacks. These are set on our own behalf or by our hosting/CDN provider and cannot be switched off through the consent banner, because the site would not function without them.

4.2 Preference cookies

Store choices such as language or display settings, and record your response to the cookie banner so that you are not asked again on every page.

4.3 Analytics cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors reach and use our pages: number of sessions, most-read articles, average time on page, traffic sources and device breakdown. The reports we consult are aggregated and do not identify you personally.

4.4 Advertising cookies

Our pages display advertising and we also promote our content through paid campaigns. For this purpose we use the following Google services:

  • Google AdSense / Google Ad Manager — to display advertisements on our pages; [KEEP ONLY IF YOU ACTUALLY SERVE ADS ON THE SITE]
  • Google Ads (conversion tracking and remarketing tags) — to measure the performance of the campaigns that bring visitors to our content and, where permitted, to show our content again to people who have already visited us.

Google and its partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure advertising based on your previous visits to this and other websites. Third-party vendors participating in these services may likewise use their own cookies.

How Google uses data from sites that use its services is explained here: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

You can manage or disable personalised advertising at any time:

Disabling personalised advertising does not remove advertisements; it only makes them less relevant to your interests.

4.5 Embedded content

Some articles may embed third-party content such as YouTube videos or social-media posts. When that happens, the third-party platform may set its own cookies and receive your IP address, exactly as if you had visited that platform directly. We have no control over those technologies and recommend that you consult the privacy policy of the provider concerned.

4.6 Managing cookies

Non-essential cookies (analytics, advertising and, where applicable, preference cookies) are only activated after you give consent through the banner presented on your first visit. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link available on our pages.

Independently of our banner, all common browsers allow you to inspect, block or delete cookies:

Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the website from working correctly.

6. Sharing of data

We do not sell your personal data for money, and we do not transfer our visitor data to data brokers.

Your data is processed by the service providers that make the website work, each acting under its own terms:

  • our hosting and CDN provider, which stores the site and its server logs;
  • Google (analytics and advertising services described in section 4);
  • our e-mail provider, for the messages you send us;
  • [IF APPLICABLE] our newsletter platform.

Please note: under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended (CCPA/CPRA), the use of advertising cookies to serve interest-based advertising may be classified as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Section 9 explains how California residents can opt out.

We may also disclose data where required to comply with a legal obligation, a court order or a lawful request from a public authority, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

7. International transfers

Some of our providers, including Google, may process data on servers located outside the EEA, particularly in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards recognised under GDPR, including the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. You may request further information about these safeguards through our contact page.

8. Retention

  • Server and security logs: retained for the period applied by our hosting provider, generally not exceeding 12 months.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics (currently [2 / 14] months).
  • Advertising identifiers: retained according to the periods defined by Google in its own policies.
  • Messages sent to us: retained for as long as needed to handle your request and, where relevant, to keep a record of it.
  • [IF APPLICABLE] Newsletter subscriptions: retained until you unsubscribe.

When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

9. Your rights

9.1 If you are in the EEA or the United Kingdom (GDPR)

You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to us through https://dramaties.com/contact. We reply within one month, a period that may be extended where the request is complex, in which case we will inform you.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead authority is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon — https://www.aki.ee/), and you may also contact the authority of your country of residence.

9.2 If you are in Brazil (LGPD)

Under Law 13.709/2018 you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data, portability, information about the entities with which we share data, and the withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent through our contact page.

9.3 If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) or another US state with comparable legislation

You may request to know what categories of personal information have been collected and for what purpose, request deletion or correction, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Exercising these rights will not result in discriminatory treatment.

You can opt out by refusing or withdrawing consent to advertising cookies in our banner. We also honour browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Equivalent rights apply to residents of Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA) and other states with comparable laws, and can be exercised through the same channel.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we handle, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to administrative areas of the website, and regular updates of the software we operate.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Should an incident occur that presents a risk to your rights, we will notify the competent supervisory authority and, where legally required, the individuals affected.

11. Children

Dramaties is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Automated decision-making

We do not carry out automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you. The personalisation of advertising described in section 4 is carried out by the advertising services concerned and does not have such effects.

13. Use of AI in our editorial process

We may use artificial-intelligence tools to support research, structuring and drafting of our articles. Every published text is reviewed by a human editor, who remains responsible for its accuracy, tone and context. These tools are not used to process the personal data of our visitors.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, in the tools we use, or in applicable legislation. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
